Located in Melbourne and established in 1980, it provides a broad range of diverse services and programs including Aged Care, Disability Services, Settlement Services, and Youth and Family Services.  It has a strong focus on growth and innovation.

 

This exciting role offers opportunities and challenges embracing many aspects of a CEO’s skill set. These will include leading the organisation as it continues to grow and innovate, working with the Board to determine strategy, communicating and interacting with a diverse stakeholder base and delivering services against a structured, needs based, framework.

 

Candidates will be expected to demonstrate a background of achievements at general management levels, experience of working with a Board of Directors, capability and capacity to manage change and complexity, and organisational skills.

 

A strong capacity for strategic thinking, high level communication skills, well formed people skills, a focus on workforce and community diversity, business acumen, a flair for social entrepreneurship, governance and financial literacy will all be core aspects of the role.

 

Experience of the migrant, refugee, aged care and allied fields, including a broad understanding of NDIS will be valuable.
